About our team/Mō te tīma
You will be joining Revenue Management part of Financial Control within the Financial Services Division. Our team is focused on providing a range of accounts receivable financial processing and transactional activities for the operational areas of the University.
The role/Te mahi
As the Officer Revenue Management your tasks while under the financial umbrella will vary from accounts receivable and financial transaction activities to debt collection and student fee processes.

Candidates who have been successful in this role:
Have strong numerical and data analysis skills you take pride in your attention to detail.
Enjoy customer service and delivering exceptional service to staff and students.
Have had exposure to working in a busy accounts receivable focused role.
Are happy to process volume how satisfying to see your workload decrease before your eyes.
Display confidence in their ability to use the Microsoft Office and their general computer skills.
While experience or a recognised qualification in accounts administration (or related field) is desirable we are really after a team player who likes working with numbers and is keen to learn.

This is a part-time (30 hours) permanent position based in Ōtepoti Dunedin.
You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this role.
The appointment range for the roles is Level 4 $63508 to $68185. Top of Range $73640 (pro-rata).
