Loading, Shipping and Receiving Associate

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $21.00 per hour

Shift: Monday through Friday 6am start time

Employment Benefits start on day 1

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Warehouse/ Yard associate is responsible for tasks that are related to pulling staging and loading orders for customers as well as maintaining finished goods inventory and installation supplies. These tasks include but are not limited to lifting and carrying product repackaging product operating and maintaining a forklift meeting strict deadlines loading and organizing trucks processing and distributing paperwork yard cleanliness & organization.

• Certified Forklift Operator (certification provided)
• Coordinate timely staging of all products to ensure delivery to job ready date
• Organize and prioritize daily activities
• Exhibits a professional manner with coworkers and customers
• Experience with forklift preventive maintenance programs a plus
• Hard-working individual that takes ownership of the full scope of their responsibilities
• Excellent time management decision-making human relations presentation and organization skills
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers management and colleagues
• Regularly required to sit stand walk and use hands to handle or feel objects tools or controls
• Reaches with hands and arms to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
• Must regularly lift and/or move product in excess of 100 lbs
• Working in Yard during all-weather elements

Qualifications :

• 2 years forklift experience
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Must be willing to work outside in the yard during all weather elements
• Must be a self-starter who can work without direct supervision and can juggle multiple projects at once
• Regularly required to sit stand walk and use hands to handle or feel objects tools or controls
• Reaches with hands and arms to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
