Job Summary
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
- Lead and manage the PPC team in order service production material planning inventory control capacity planning and production scheduling.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Own and drive team performance on key local supply chain and service metrics
- Work with global supply chain team and customers to ensure stable supply.
- Strategically plan manage monitor and optimize production capacity (including machine and labor) to meet market requirements and productivity goals.
- Strategically plan manage and monitor inventory to align with overall service and cost objectives.
- Initiate and drive saving and improvement projects to achieve continuous improvements in service efficiency productivity and inventory.
- Build high-performance and diverse team to provide a good & professional service to internal & external customers.
- Coach train and mentor team members to foster skill development and engagement.
- Manage and lead the team to comply with company rules EHS requirements and trade compliance.
- Review optimize related work flows SOP and WI and update related documents from time to time.
- Other task assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications :
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- Bachelors degree or above in related field.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing and good knowledge in Enterprise Lean Sigma.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in production planning or customer service 2 years in management position in a high complexity manufacturing environment.
- Computer knowledge especially in Excel & Power Point.
- Good at communication negotiation & cooperation.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Insightful judgment to plan production.
- Display agility lead change and think outside-in.
