Job Description :

Experience 8-10 years total experience 5 years

hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Role; Summary The Senior D365 Finance Functional Consultant (proficient in native language Mandarin and English); is responsible for end-to-end implementation optimization and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions.

The role involves finance process leadership solution design stakeholder management and coordinating with offshore team ensuring best-practice adoption across finance modules.

Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership

- Lead end-to-end D365 Finance implementations (Fit-Gap Solution Design Configuration UAT Go-Live Post-Go-Live support).

- Act as Finance Solution Architect for complex business requirements.

-Drive process standardization and optimization across finance operations.

Finance Modules Expertise

- General Ledger (GL) - Accounts Payable (AP) - Accounts Receivable (AR) - Cash & Bank Management - Fixed Assets - Budgeting & Cost Accounting

- Financial Reporting (Management Reporter / Financial Reporter) Business & Stakeholder Management

- Engage with CFOs Finance Heads Controllers and key business stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into functional designs (FDD BRD).

- Lead workshops requirement walkthroughs and UAT cycles.

- Provide strategic advisory on finance transformation using D365.

Configuration & Solution Design Configure:

- Chart of Accounts - Financial Dimensions - Posting Profiles - Ledger & Fiscal Calendars - Tax Multi-currency Intercompany setups

- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment (local GAAP IFRS SOX where applicable).

Integration & Reporting Work with technical teams on:

- Integrations with banks invoice booking system procurement and external systems - Data migration strategies and validation - Oversee financial reports KPIs and dashboards. Mentoring & Delivery Excellence - Review configurations functional designs and test scripts. Required Skills & Qualifications Core Skills - Strong expertise in D365 Finance - Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting processes - Experience with multi-legal entity multi-currency and global implementations
