Job Summary

Exciting parttime opportunities are now available for Associate Nurse Unit Managers (ANUM) to join our Emergency Department at Epworth Richmond.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Emergency nurses looking to step into or continue growing in a leadership role within a leading private healthcare organisation.

You will be responsible for supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and assisting in the overall clinical management and contribute your diverse clinical skills and knowledge to our growing service.

You will make an impact by:

  • Having a strong leadership presence and delivering an exceptional patient experience within the ward
  • Ensuring patient flow is managed whilst providing high standards of patient care
  • Managing clinical risk and implementing process improvements to improve patient outcomes
  • Working in collaboration with the team and the hospital executive team to ensure patient care is integrated safe supportive and of high quality

To be successful in this role:

You will either be in an ANUM role or looking to step into an ANUM role. You are a good communicator flexible in your approach and have natural ability to show compassion and empathy to patients and their families. Youre keen to progress your career learn how to lead a unit and are open to mentoring and accessing internal leadership programs that support your journey.

You will have:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Emergency Nursing experience essential
  • Postgraduate Certificate or higher in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing essential

The annual salary range for full time ANUM AUD $107462 - $110966 super entitlements depending on registration type year level and position (prorated for part-time).
