Job Summary
How youll make a difference
- Manage document uploads registrations and distribution ensuring all site team members are inducted and have the correct access.
- Maintain update and revise project documents in the document management system ensuring accurate records and version control.
- Support site engineers with basic technical and site-related tasks as skills develop with training provided.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across regions time zones and cultures communicating clearly to build relationships encourage feedback and support teamwork across Australia New Zealand and globally.

- More than 5 years experience in a similar role with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work professionally with staff and suppliers.
- Working knowledge of the MS Office suite and the ability to deliver accurate high-quality work.
- Consistently completes tasks on time demonstrating reliability productivity and attention to detail.
