Job Summary
What youll be doing:
- Partner with the GM and leadership team to drive financial performance
- Cooperate with all departments offering support on finance matters
- Deliver financial reports for Accor and key stakeholders
- Lead budgeting forecasting cash flow and financial planning with confidence and precision
- Oversee payroll operations ensuring everything is accurate compliant and on time
- Provide financial guidance on Management Agreements Owners Corporation matters and HMA obligations
- Share insights with the leadership team to boost profitability and performance
Qualifications :
What youll bring to the role:
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional accounting qualification CA CPA or equivalent
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related discipline
- High attention to detail commercial mindset & strategic thinker
- Demonstrated success in a senior finance role within hospitality hotels or a related industry
- Knowledgeable in accounting standards compliance obligations and statutory reporting
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll systems; experience with Purchase Plus Ready-Workforce and Sun Systems is highly regarded
