What youll be doing
As a Marketing & Segments Co-op Student you will have the opportunity to support the Business Banking Marketing and Communication through a variety of marketing and communications activities. Youll work alongside experienced professionals gaining exposure to marketing channels segment strategy partnership evaluation and stakeholder engagement.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications you will work closely and collaboratively with Senior Managers with key functional domains that build and execute on marketing and segment focused strategies.
This role offers hands-on experience in marketing and communications within a leading Canadian financial institution providing exposure to business banking strategies campaign management and stakeholder engagement. You will have opportunities to develop key professional skills such as teamwork communication and project management while benefiting from mentorship and guidance from senior leaders in the Marketing and Communications team.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You will have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 2-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.
