We recently completed a $22M Series A funding and looking for energetic dynamic growth-minded individuals to join our team!

Whats the role

In this position youll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects including generating quotes and onboarding our new customers all while making top-of-market pay!

Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented methodical organized and comfortable working with Google Sheets Microsoft Excel and relevant tools.

This position is full-time and long-term.

Youll be responsible for

Owning the successful completion of operations projects.
Following established processes and delivering consistent results.
Achieve and consistently exceed project goals.
Manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals.

Youll be a good fit if you have

Fluency in English speaking
A bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a similar qualification.
Fresh graduates
You have an eye for detail and youre methodical with your work.
Youre well-organized and process-oriented.
Competency in using word processing spreadsheet and voice call software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
Experience working at a startup and in fast-paced high-pressure environments.
Youre a team player but also able to work independently.
Youre tech-savvy.
