We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technology Trainer with prior helpdesk experience and a background in professional services environments (preferably law firms) to support the adoption and effective use of technology across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and delivering end-user training providing hands-on support and serving as a bridge between IT and business users
This role is fully onsite in Baltimore MD
Salary: $/year depending on experience and education
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deliver technology training programs for attorneys professional staff and administrative personnel.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for software applications systems and firm technology tools.
- Provide individual and group training sessions in-person and virtually.
- Create and maintain training materials user guides videos and knowledge base documentation.
- Respond to user inquiries related to software hardware and systems usage.
- Support rollouts of new systems upgrades and technology initiatives.
- Track training participation user adoption and effectiveness metrics.
Requirements:
- 5 years related work experience
- Law Firm or other Professional Services background required
- Help desk/desktop support experience
