Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialistto join our team! This in-office position is located in Egg Harbor Township NJ and will be responsible for providing non-clinical support and administrative marketing or community relations needs to Pro Recovery Solutions and the Crossroads Companies (Recovery at the Crossroads Greenbranch Recovery and Wellness Behavioral Crossroads Behavioral Crossroads Recovery Overcome Black Horse House RHCF Crossroads ABA Center).

Job Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Creating/posting engaging social media images and video content.
• Developing/maintaining an optimal posting schedule that considers web traffic and engagement metrics.
• Creates weekly and monthly marketing reports by combining UTM data from Google Analytics with automatically generated in-app reports to track review and present performance of all emails and programmatic social media and other created content (tracking social media metrics and website analytics such as traffic page views and other key metrics and create reports).
• Developing reciprocal links increasing the likes and followers on all social media pages.
• Facilitates and manages the redesign of two websites by an external company and updates/redesigned other company websites to ensure all company websites are up to date and accurate.
• Designs writes and sends monthly newsletters and other emails to appropriate contacts using email marketing software while managing email database.
• Producing audio and video content conducting staff interviews taking photos and videos for internal/external communications.
• Digitally creates/updates graphic content; monitors and maintains softphone integration into CRM with Kipu and CTM webhook and campaign analytics.
• Stays informed of changes in-house to ensure information exchange reaches the community.
• Coordinates or assists in community outreach events.
• Designs ad creative for programmatic campaigns collaborates to develop programmatic campaign strategy and performs daily and weekly maintenance to ensure campaign goals are met.
• Designs ads advertorials flyers and other print materials using industry-standard creative software.
• Explores channels and performs research to expand the brands digital presence.
• Manages and hosts digital events and streams.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing preferred and at least 2 years work experience in the field in digital marketing.

-Good word processing skills and familiarity with standard Microsoft programs (Word Excel etc.) Microsoft Office WordPress Sprout Buffer Hootsuite Choozle Taboola Google Ad Words YouTube Vimeo Canva Adobe etc. Accurate typing skills and the ability to use standard office equipment. Graphic design skills preferred.

Work environment:

May work in outdoor conditions <7/10 of the time. May travel <7/10 of the time and work not only day but swing grave and weekend shifts. This is an in-office (not remote) position located in Egg Harbor Township.
