Job Description:
This job is responsible for significant contributions to the development and delivery of the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs products and processes. Key responsibilities include using data to inform marketing program deliverables interacting actively with multiple business partners to support priorities and project direction and using advanced logic to make complex decisions and judgements with a noticeable impact felt on functional results. Job expectations include identifying risks and opportunities and defining and delivering strategic solutions.
The Consumer Marketing Strategy & Integration team is looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing a diverse set of activities related to learning agendas readiness/training platform integration and data usage strategy.
This position requires strong relationship management skills to interact with senior leadership and managers throughout the organization to deliver against organizational priorities. Responsibilities may include: leadership and management of key routines development of strategic and tactical plans and coordination of business activities across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years experience in marketing process improvement project management risk operations data controls or other similar skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills and executive presence both oral and written
Ability to work across various leaders to come up with standard best practices
Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Desire to learn about marketing process platform integration and data use practices
Advanced Office Product suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to influence peers and senior leaders
Self starter with desire for continuous improvement
Mindset focused on driving enterprise value while managing risk
Highly flexible and adaptive to changing business priorities and needs
