| Job Description: | - Delivering presentations on behalf of Business Services and its business partners.
- Explaining the Business Services mission and partner portfolio to large crowds of incoming students and their families.
- Providing education while engaging audiences through compelling content.
- Coordinating activities and representing Business Services as a key ambassador at informational sessions and tabling.
- Promoting Business Services projects and campaigns around campus via social media canvassing tabling at Preview or through other creative outlets.
- Managing relationships and engaging with students and various campus departments via social media:
- Monitor trends
- Create content calendars
- Participate in collaborative campaigns
- Creating content for the Business Services website including press releases feature stories photo and video.
Normal Schedule: Monday- Friday 20 Hours per week(flexible) |

| Required Qualifications: | Ability to work 15-20 hours per week. Valid Florida Drivers license. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. |

| Preferred: | - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Qualtrics Microsoft Office Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram Twitter Facebook YouTube.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments as needed.
- University of Florida student currently enrolled in Marketing Communications or similar field.
