Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our real estate team at Compass Realty Inc. As the first point of contact for clients you will be responsible for assisting buyers sellers tenants and agents with inquiries scheduling and general support throughout the real estate process. The ideal candidate will be organized communicative and passionate about delivering excellent client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone email chat and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about property listings services and the buying/selling/renting process
- Schedule property showings appointments and meetings for agents
- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
- Assist with documentation contracts and transaction coordination
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and engagement
- Handle and resolve customer concerns or complaints efficiently
- Support marketing efforts by distributing property information and updates
- Coordinate with agents brokers and other departments to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service real estate or administrative support preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
