Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in boarding and arrival - Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints - Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient services - Assist with baggage handling and loading/unloading of luggage - Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations - Maintain accurate records and reports of flight activities - Provide information and assistance to passengers with special needs - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales and other services - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Basic computer skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required as training will be provided We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
