The Client Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting organizational operations by managing the systems data flows and processes that enable a seamless client and internal user experience. This position oversees the setup maintenance and optimization of client access platforms CRM tools workflow automation reporting structures and operational processes that support daily productivity across CAM Operations IT Sales Marketing and Compliance.

This role ensures that essential systems remain accurate reliable and aligned with business needs. The Administrator partners with cross functional teams to understand operational challenges streamline workflows strengthen data governance and support ongoing process improvements. By managing sensitive client information PHI requirements user access reporting and system performance the Client Systems Administrator contributes directly to service quality compliance and overall organizational efficiency.

Successful performance in this role requires a strong attention to detail a proactive approach to problem solving an ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to fostering collaborative solutions focused relationships across the company.

Accountabilities:

  • Accurate and timely management of client systems and daily operational tasks

  • High quality delivery of client communications reporting and compliance

  • Effective administration of CRM and workflow systems to support cross functional operations

  • Reliable support for audit readiness and documentation standards

Job Functions:

  • System Administration and access management

  • Workflow task distribution and daily operational support

  • Reporting analytics and data maintenance

  • Mail processing PHI handling and documentation production

  • CRM administration user support and training

  • Client communication and professional collaboration

Frequency of Tasks:

Daily:

Client Access Web task distribution

HubSpot Management

Account Access

Distribute Voicemails

Facilitate items needed when there is a contact change/new client ID/new client

Weekly:

Print itemized statements

PHI verification

PHS Client Mail

In office 2 times a week

Monthly:

Client statements

Client Access Web audit

Job requirements

Abilities required

  • Must be able to sit for work 6-8 hours per day.

  • 2 day in office per weekrequirement at the Denver/Aurora location

  • Able to lift 3-20 lbs.

  • Typing skills 45 words per minute.

  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft EXCEL skills

  • Ability to read and interpret information.

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various individuals and clients.

  • Ability to analyze data and report on findings to Management and Clients.

  • Other duties as assigned and determined appropriate for the position.
