The TLM Analyst is responsible for owning the technology lifecycle plan across systems platforms and infrastructuretracking End of Support (EOS) dates driving remediation plans before risk materializes and ensuring compliance with lifecycle standards and governance. The role blends handson portfolio analysis technology assessment project management and crossteam coordination to keep technology current secure and aligned to enterprise policies and the delivery lifecycle.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Lifecycle Planning & EOS Tracking

  • Maintain authoritative lifecycle inventories (versions support windows dependencies) for assigned systems platforms and infrastructure components. (TechnologyLifecycleManagementframework andserver-levelinventories.)

  • Continuously track EOS/EOLdates; createremediation roadmaps(upgrade migrate retire) with clear owners timelines and funding needs.

  • Assess upstream/downstreamintegration impactsand coordinatechangewith application database middleware and OS teams.

  • Gatherformulateand define requirements tosolveforremediationblockers.

2) Governance Standards & Compliance

  • Ensure lifecycle actions adhere toTLM standards procedures and controls; escalate risks and noncompliance promptly.

3) Project Management & Delivery Integration

  • Translate lifecycle remediation needs intoprojects/epics with scope schedules dependencies resourcing and budgets.

  • AssistDelivery teams through theIntakeand the retirement procedures.

  • Co-ordinate withDeliveryteamsto manage execution throughphase gates change requests and readiness activities; partner with Change/Release governance where applicable.

4) Risk Management & Reporting

  • Identifyvulnerabilities created by obsolete or unsupported technologies; definerisk mitigation strategiesand contingency plans.

  • Build andmaintainserver leveltracker to captureTechnology lifecycle stagesandmaintainhistoricalrecord of remediations.

  • Build andmaintaindashboards/metrics(e.g. % assets within support# EOSwithin 12/24/60months remediation completion rate residual risk).

  • Provideregular status updatesto stakeholders and leadership on remediation progress blockers and funding gaps.

5) Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

  • Collaborate with platform/product owners application teams security risk/compliance finance and procurement tosequence upgrades and minimize disruption.

  • Engage vendors tovalidatesupport timelines upgrade paths licensing impacts andendoflifenotices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology-related field or equivalent education and related training
  • Six years of experience or equivalentproficiencyinSystems Analysisinfrastructureand softwarelifecycle management and project management.
  • Working knowledge of OS databases middleware application servers and vendor platforms; dependency mapping across the stack.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
