Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance testing on software applications and systems
Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures
Identify and document defects and track resolution progress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
Participate the design and implementation of testing processes
Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Proven experience in quality assurance and software testing
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Desired Experience:

Experience in healthcare or hospice industry is a plus
Certifications in quality assurance or testing are advantageous

Salary & Benefits:

Salary range from $120000 to $134000 per year
