- Job Title: Sr. Product Manager FlexPLM
- Job Summary: This role is responsible for the daytoday product execution of the FlexPLM platform and its integrations in support of consumer product development teams. This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams translating business needs into welldefined prioritized backlog items and ensuring highquality delivery through Agile practices. This is a handson individual contributor role focused on backlog ownership requirements definition sprint execution and sustained platform health following implementation.

What youll do
- Product Ownership & Backlog Management
- Act as Product Owner for FlexPLM owning feature prioritization backlog refinement and delivery of business value.
- Build manage and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on business impact risk and dependencies.
- Define clear user stories acceptance criteria and Definition of Done to support consistent delivery and quality outcomes.
- Delivery & Agile Execution
- Partner with development teams during sprint planning reviews and retrospectives validating completed work against acceptance criteria and business expectations.
- Balance Agile delivery with appropriate planning discipline applying Scrum Kanban or hybrid approaches as needed.
- Identify delivery risks early and work proactively with crossfunctional partners to mitigate issues.
- Requirements & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Gather and document business functional and system requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into actionable backlog items.
- Facilitate crossteam discussions to align on scope priorities and dependencies ensuring transparency and shared understanding.
- Clearly communicate goals tradeoffs and expected outcomes to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Platform & Integration Support
- Support the ongoing evolution of the FlexPLM platform including integrations with upstream and downstream business systems.
- Partner with external vendors and internal application teams to ensure reliable scalable solution outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvement standardization and bestpractice documentation for product development workflows.
What youll bring
- Eight (8) to eleven (11) years of experience in Product Owner Product Management or technical project/program roles.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools ideally FlexPLM and consumer product development lifecycles.
- Hands on experience working with Agile delivery teams and strong understanding of Scrum Kanban or Lean methodologies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC system integrations and enterprise application delivery.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience using JIRA Confluence and SharePoint.
- Experience creating product roadmaps dashboards or executivelevel reporting.
- Agile or product certifications (CSPO CSM PMP or similar).
Base Salary Range: For this role new hires generally start between $154400.00 - $183587.50 per year. The full range is $154400.00 - $232100.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidates qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
