Director of Business Development
The Director of Business Development leads strategic growth efforts across an assigned market(s). This involves identifying and cultivating new referral sources expanding partnerships and driving overall revenue growth. Collaborates with operational leaders to align business development efforts with agency goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 4 years experience in sales/business development preferred ideally in home health hospice or home care.
- Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive results-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person sales calls.
- Generate 8 qualified leads per week resulting in 4 new case closes weekly (16/month) equaling 120 new hours per week.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
- Follow up on sales activity and leads to convert opportunities into new business.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity inInflowcare CRM.
- Provide monthly sales and pipeline reports.
- Represent Attend at networking events community outreach and professional meetings.
- Demonstrate professionalism and upholdAttends values of Knowledge and Compassion.
- Follow all agency policies and procedures.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations including mandatory reporting laws and any continuing education requirements if applicable.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
