Position: Virtual Assistant (Operations & Customer Support)
Work Hours coverage:
- Friday: 3pm-11pm EST - 8 hours
- Saturday: 10am-10pm EST --> 12 hours
- Sunday: 10am-10pm EST --> 12 hours
- Then depending on what you prefer which other day you work between Mon-Thurs
*For context we dont expectthat youll have to work the full 12-hours we just need you to be readily available if something comes up. For example -- For the customer support portion of the role (answering phones texts emails) we anticipate you receiving 3-5 calls a day 10 texts a day and 5 emails a day
- For the photo editing portion of the role we anticipate you editing 30 photos a day each of which should take <2 minutes to edit
Pay Range: 1000-1500USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Our client is an online marketplace for buying and selling equipment. We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientedVirtual Assistantto join our operations team. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our marketplace listings are high-quality and secure by cleaning listing photos on the weekends. This is a critical role to prevent platform disintermediation and maintain the professional look of our brand. You will work closely with our existing full-time VA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Photo Content Moderation:Review and clean equipment listing photos uploaded by users. This involves removing identifiable objects names or logos (e.g. city department names on vehicles) to protect seller privacy and platform integrity.
Listing Quality Control:Ensure all weekend listings meet brand standards before they go live.
Operational Support:Partner with the existing operations team during the week (MondayWednesday or WednesdayFriday) to assist with administrative tasks photo editing backlogs or general data management.
Customer Support (Potential):Depending on scope assisting with weekend customer inquiries and maintaining high responsiveness during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
Requirements
Language requirement:Excellent English Communication Skills
Education:Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience:3 years of related experience in a Virtual Assistant Content Moderation or Administrative role.
Technical Savvy:While professional photography experience is not required you must be comfortable using basic photo editing tools to remove text or objects from images.
Reliability:Must be strictly available to work Saturdays and Sundays. We prioritize candidates who are highly responsive and maintain a strong work ethic while working remotely.
Communication:Strong English proficiency (written and verbal). You will need to coordinate effectively with the US-based leadership team.
Adaptability:Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional administrative scope as the role evolves.
familiarity with US BPO/remote work standards is a plus
Experience with basic content creation or e-commerce marketplace operations preferred
