The role is responsible for installing and commissioning complex system field devices using standard configuration and commissioning tools. This includes troubleshooting issues resolving technical problems and responding to basic warranty calls. The position requires maintaining regular communication with Johnson Controls (JCI) teams contractors and customers regarding job progress and any concerns.
The incumbent will support the validation of complete system functionality and assist in delivering sitespecific training to owners/operators on total building control systems. Additional responsibilities include providing training and technical support to Front Line Managers (FLM) operations teams and sales teams as required.
This role also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by guiding junior team members and advising leadership on the most appropriate technical solutions.
Qualifications
- University degree with minimum 1 year of experience OR
- 2year technical degree with minimum 6 years of experience OR
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage basic warranty service requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with JCI teams contractors and customers regarding project status.

- Provide technical guidance and training to the FLM operations and sales teams when required.
- Act as a SME to support junior engineers and advise leadership on technical decisions.
