Job Summary

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential project (40 storeys).
Plan schedule budget and control overall project activities.
Ensure timely completion within approved cost quality and safety standards.
Monitor construction progress and resolve technical contractual and operational issues.
Coordinate with consultants architects PMC contractors and statutory authorities.
Oversee safety quality control and compliance with site regulations.
Review BOQs drawings contracts and technical specifications.
Manage and guide Project Managers Engineers and site teams.
Conduct regular progress reviews and report to management.
Ensure adherence to RERA environmental and local authority norms.
