Our client is recruiting for a professional and welcoming Receptionist / Administrator to join a primary school in Birmingham. This is a full-time position starting in April 2026 supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
Reception/Admin role on a full-time basis

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for parents visitors and staff providing high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the school reception and greeting visitors
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Supporting attendance admissions and pupil records
Data entry and general office administration
Supporting safeguarding and visitor procedures
Assisting senior staff with administrative tasks
Experience and Qualifications
Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident IT skills (school systems desirable)
Calm professional and approachable manner
Legal right to work in the UK
