Were looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence across the UK and UAE markets. This is a high-impact role where youll take ownership of both global campaign localisation and the creation of locally driven marketing initiatives. Youll be responsible for shaping and executing local B2B marketing strategy acting as the engine for in-market activity that drives awareness demand and revenue growth.
Working closely with our Global HQ marketing team youll bring global campaigns to life in your market tailoring messaging optimising channels and ensuring every initiative lands with impact. Alongside this youll proactively design and deliver local-first campaigns and activations from targeted email and direct marketing to events and sector-led initiatives based on your market knowledge and commercial insight.
Youll be the bridge between global strategy and local execution collaborating with sales telemarketing and creative teams to build and deliver campaigns that drive measurable results. From creating highly personalised direct marketing refining nurture workflows and organising events to tracking performance and sharing insights youll play a key role in driving demand through the funnel.
What youll be doing
Develop and deliver a highly creative insight-led B2B marketing plan across online and offline channels executing attention-grabbing campaigns that generate leads and deliver real impact
Localise and activate global campaigns adapting messaging channels and tactics to maximise relevance and performance in your market
Act as the driving force behind local marketing initiatives identifying opportunities and delivering campaigns emails events DM pieces and sector-specific activity that build awareness generate leads and support revenue growth
Own campaign performance in your market coordinating stakeholders tracking metrics optimising activity and reporting back with clear insights and recommendations
Drive local email marketing content creation social PR and events and work with the global team to support SEO website content and analytics where required
Lead TLCs local presence at B2B events including identifying the most relevant sector events planning and promoting attendance and managing pre-event onsite and post-event activity to maximise ROI
Collaborate closely with sales and telemarketing teams to ensure strong follow-up before and after events converting engagement into qualified opportunities
Track ROI share learnings and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Motivate sales and telemarketing teams to follow through on key initiatives and campaigns
Drive CRM activity and support award entries with strategic thinking
Build journalist relationships and raise TLCs profile in the press
Maintain brand standards and implement updates from Group across sales materials
What were looking for:
Some experience in B2B marketing ideally in demand generation campaign management or performance marketing
Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline
Experience localising global assets with a sharp eye for audience relevance
Experience working with or around B2B events including planning promotion and follow-up ideally within relevant industry sectors
Strong understanding of your local market and sector landscape including key events audiences and commercial dynamics
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail across multiple projects
A proactive results-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Confidence in analysing campaign data and optimising based on performance
Excellent communication skills to keep global and local stakeholders aligned
Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of how marketing drives sales outcomes
A collaborative approach and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
