Growth Marketing Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale acquisition lifecycle and growth analytics capabilities for a fast-growing national home services platform. This role is ideal for a highly analytical marketer who can think strategically move quickly leverage data deeply and has gone deep in at least one performance marketing channel.
This is a metrics-driven role that requires strong quantitative skills and comfort working in spreadsheets and dashboards. Candidates who struggle with highly analytical work will not be a fit.
What Youll Do
Drive scalable growth by building and optimizing acquisition and lifecycle programs tied to funnel performance unit economics revenue growth and profitability
Launch and scale new growth channels or expand existing ones (e.g. affiliates referral programs direct mail print streaming/CTV and more)
Own funnel performance and unit economics reporting (ROAS CAC conversion rates); identify data gaps and build reporting that enables faster better decision-making
Optimize the funnel end-to-end by identifying conversion bottlenecks designing data-driven experiments and partnering cross-functionally to improve performance
Manage agencies across paid and organic channels validating performance and digging into data as needed to uncover insights and optimization opportunities
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new market launches including local search and advertising expansion and post-acquisition growth playbooks
Establish improve and QA attribution tracking UTMs and measurement frameworks to improve reporting accuracy and decision quality
Build test and iterate lifecycle marketing campaigns (email and SMS) to improve conversion and customer re-engagement
Partner closely with Sales Finance and Operations to drive funnel improvements growth efficiency and profitability
This role offers exposure to a full omnichannel growth system meaningful ownership and the opportunity to influence growth strategy and operating models at scale.
What You Bring
47 years of experience in highly analytical roles (e.g. performance marketing consulting investment banking) plus 12 years in growth or marketing roles
Deep expertise in at least one performance-heavy channel (e.g. Google Ads Bing Meta) with strong command of performance marketing metrics
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills; highly proficient in spreadsheets and performance dashboards
Proven experience owning funnel metrics and unit economics (ROAS CAC CPA conversion rates) and using data to drive budget allocation and prioritization
Strong understanding of attribution and measurement frameworks (e.g. UTMs call tracking tools) and how to QA tracking systems
Ability to structure ambiguous problems apply first-principles thinking and develop pragmatic data-backed solutions
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with external partners or agencies
Clear communicator who can translate data into insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
High ownership mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced low-structure environments
Curious adaptable and quick to learn new channels tools and approaches
