Were seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Facility Support Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors while supporting daily facility operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both front-desk interaction and behind-the-scenes coordination to keep the workplace running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
o Greet visitors answer phones and support physical security protocols
o Manage work orders (repairs HVAC electrical plumbing) from submission to resolution
o Coordinate vendor check-ins
o Support safety and compliance procedures
o Maintain facility records assets and office space logistics
o Handle mailroom operations supply ordering and occasional catering setup/breakdown
o Provide administrative and reporting support as needed
What Were Looking For
o Strong communication and customer-service skills
o Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
o Professional appearance and demeanor
o Problem-solving skills and comfort interacting with staff vendors and management
Qualifications
o 13 years of facilities property administration or similar experience preferred
o Bachelors degree preferred; Associates or equivalent experience accepted
o Familiarity with facility/maintenance software
o Basic understanding of HVAC plumbing electrical systems and OSHA/safety regulations
o This role will be full-time in office Monday Friday from 8AM 5PM
