Survivors in Transition (SiT) is seeking an experienced practitioner to join our Navigation and Engagement Service in a specialist front-door role supporting survivors of sexual violence and abuse.
As a Referral and Assessment Navigator you will be the first point of contact for survivors undertaking trauma-informed screening risk assessment and triage to ensure safe and timely access to appropriate interventions including counselling and therapy.
Your responsibilities
You will manage and escalate risk and complexity provide short-term case coordination advocacy wellbeing support and planned closure and work closely with statutory and voluntary partners including mental health services police and social care.
What you will need
This is an experienced practitioner-level role requiring sound professional judgement autonomous decision-making and substantial experience in either sexual violence safeguarding VAWG or related fields.
We are looking for someone highly organised reflective and committed to trauma-informed anti-discriminatory practice.
