Jobsummary

Micron is seeking a SingaporebasedPrincipal ProgramManager of Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing to localize and activate our global employer brand strategy in the Asia market. Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Brand this role focuses on understanding local talent trends adapting globalmessagingand delivering targeted inmarket recruitment marketing activities that support hiring needs. You will helpidentifylocal insightsrisksand opportunities and ensure they are surfaced to global leadership to guide ongoingstrategiesand execution.

In this role you will partner closely withMicrons AsiaTalent Acquisition Global Communications & Marketing andother regionalstakeholders to deploy recruitment marketing initiatives support candidatefacing campaigns and enable teams with marketrelevant content and tools. Your work ensures that Microns global employer brand is effectively translated and activated across Asia.

The ideal candidate brings strong execution skills a deep understanding of local talentmarketsand the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable turning global strategy into localized plans collaborating across teams and tracking the performance of smallscale campaigns and initiatives.

LocalMarket Understanding(20%)

  • Stay abreast of local competitorsmessagingand positioning

  • Understand labor market trends influencing hiring talent strategies

  • Micron Asia market strategies

  • Asia market needs gaps challenges

Global Strategy Deployment(40%)

  • Execute global strategy

  • Enhance and/or customizelocal strategies for local relevancy

  • Keep local stakeholders abreast of global strategies in partnership with Directorof Global Talent Brand

Local Recruitment MarketingActivation(20%)

  • Consult with local stakeholders on recruitment marketing activities to ensure global strategy is localized for market relevance

  • Plan and develop local market campaignsaligned to global strategy

  • Provideregional insight to talent brand vendors to ensure localized recruitment marketing tactics are aligned to global strategy

  • Define track and report on campaign business impact

Partnershipand Enablement(20%)

  • Active member of global Talent Brand community

  • Support cross market/region projects and initiatives

  • Elevate issueschallengesand risk with recommended solutions

Candidate Profile / Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience

  • 6 years of experience in employer brand recruitmentmarketingor related communication roles

  • Demonstrated experience executing and coordinating regional programs within a global framework

  • Ability and willingness to travel across Asia (2030%).

What toexpect

In this role you willbe responsible forexecuting and coordinating regional talent brand programs within a globally defined strategy. You will serve as a trusted regional operator translating global direction into high-quality on-the-ground execution while ensuring consistencyalignmentand local relevance.

This is a hands-on delivery-oriented role. You will not be expected to set global or regional talent brand strategy but your insights will localize the strategy for Asia markets and youwill be accountable for ensuring programs are executed accurately on time and to standard across the region.

How you will contribute

You will execute regional talent brand campaignsinitiativesand always-on programs in alignment with global strategytimelinesand priorities. You will coordinate across recruiting the People teamcommunicationand external partners to deliver consistent and effective regional activation. You will manage agenciesvendorsand shared services supporting regional execution ensuring qualityefficiencyand adherence to brand standards. You will localize global assets and messaging to meet regional market needs while protecting brand integrity. You will oversee campaign operations including timelines approvals assetdeploymentand post-campaign reporting. You will track andreport onperformance metrics surfacing insightsrisksand execution gaps to global partners. You will serve as the primary regional point of contactforAsia talent brand execution proactively communicating statusdependenciesand escalations. You will continuously improve execution processes documentation and ways of workingenablescale and consistency. Success will be measured by operational excellencecollaborationand the ability to deliver complex programs reliablyacross markets.

Successful candidates are detail-orientedorganizedand able to balance competing priorities whilemaintainingquality and consistency. They are comfortable working in matrixed environments anddelivering againsttight timelines without constant direction.
