How youll make an impact:
You will formulate and implement sale strategy to capture and increase market share and growth identify potential and newbusiness opportunities covering all channel and industry segment to achieve sales target and KPI identify customer needsanalyze and prepare calculations.
You will prepare Offer/quotation/proposal in line with company financial and contractualterms and conditions for submission to customer to meet and achieve yearly sales order volume and all financials targets setby the business.
You will achieve sales volume and product mix target for local product group by setting appropriate price and margin forindividual sales opportunities responsible for preparing/maintaining of financial KPIs forecast (sales revenue EBITA etc.) formanagement review on a monthly basis. You will develop contract strategy and project proposals based on policies customer
requirements budgets and timescales ensuring they meet agreed technical standards.
You will be identifying discussing reviewing and negotiating the contract baseline and other documents to ensure compliancewith respect to maximizing the financial and operational performance documenting any changes/amendments that happenduring contract execution assessing and monitoring the success/deviations of contracts to identify and required changes.
You will be ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects cooperating with technical and financial staff legalteams and the clients own representatives providing support and advice of new potential business opportunitiesdemonstrating a strong legal knowledge base/ terminology.

You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
You hold bachelors degree preferably in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in sales & marketing & proven track of record in sales.
Experience in selling digital solutions to utilities and industry customers.
Hands on experience in sales and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Business acumen with problem-solving attitude and leadership skill.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
