Were looking for a sharp proactive Executive Assistant to act as a true right hand to the CEO. This is not a traditional corporate EA roleits best suited for someone who enjoys ownership problem-solving and variety in a fast growing technology company where they can make an individual impact.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Office Management: Manage the effective utilization of our beautiful new HQ office.
Human Resources: Provide lightweight HR support and T&E oversight to the team
Event Planning: Manage and coordinate group activities and firm events
Project Coordination: Assist with one-off projects that require judgment follow-through and discretion
Communication & Gatekeeping: Serve as a professional warm first point of contact with client prospect and partners visting our HQ

Who Were Looking For

Bachelors degree
Experienced: 3 years of professional experience
Highly resourceful: You try to solve problems independently and enjoy figuring things out
Tech-forward: Comfortable with Google Workspace Slack and other SaaS software (or able to learn quickly)
Personable & professional: High EQ polished communication style calm under pressure with a sense of humor
Reliable & local: Based in Fairfield County or Westchester and seeking a stable on-site role
