The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Engineer based in Oregon or Washington. This is a remote role with a mix of home office work and travel mainly across the Northwest region with occasional travel throughout the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Perform installations service and support visits at customer and dealer locations
Plan and deliver installation and technical training for dealerships
Handle customer support cases via email and phone in collaboration with the support team
Support warranty claim administration and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) documentation
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
A proactive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Strong mechanical electrical and hydraulic knowledge
Experience working with heavy equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and a structured professional work style
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience in a similar technical support or field service role is a plus
