We are looking for a motivated and systems-savvy individual to lead a small team in People Operations Delivery that drives data process and systems improvements across P&C.

As the leader of our P&C Data Performance and Systems Optimisation team you will be the crucial link between People and Culture and our Technology division. This is a hands-on role where you will guide a dedicated team and be deeply involved in shaping our systems landscape.

This role can be based in our Adelaide Bendigo Brisbane Melbourne or Sydney offices. We offer flexible work options that put our people first working in a hybrid model with a minimum local Head Office attendance requirement determined by your Leader to find a rhythm that works best for you and your team. We believe that coming into the office some of the time is the best way to learn stay connected and collaborate effectively especially for key activities like team days 1:1s and town halls.
