Role Summary

We are hiring for an Administrative Assistant role where the selected candidate will support day-to-day office operations and facilities-related activities. This position focuses on administrative coordination workplace support and maintaining an organized efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations to ensure workspaces are organized stocked and well-maintained.

  • Assist with event setup and tear-down including furniture movement and material coordination.

  • Prepare and arrange meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.

  • Manage office supply inventory organization and restocking.

  • Provide reception and front-desk coverage as needed.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for routine maintenance and office services.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc office support activities.

  • Identify and report basic facilities or safety issues to maintain a functional workplace.

Must-Have Skills

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative office or facilities support roles.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the workday.

  • Experience coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

  • Basic understanding of office facilities support and upkeep.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience supporting office events or meetings.

  • Familiarity with basic office safety protocols.

  • Prior exposure to facilities or workplace operations.

Education

  • High school diploma required.

  • Some post-secondary education is preferred but not mandatory.
