We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Compensation Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation to lead implementations enhancements and production support. The role requires deep functional knowledge of Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation strong configuration skills and the ability to partner effectively with HR and Finance stakeholders to deliver compliant scalable compensation solutions.
Configure Oracle Fusion Compensation modules including Workforce Compensation Incentive Compensation Salary Basis Grade Ladders and Compensation Components.
Design and set up compensation cycles for merit bonus and equity/stock plans.
Integrate Compensation with Core HR Payroll and Absence Management.
Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs) configuration workbooks and SOPs.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including Unit Testing SIT and UAT.
Drive enhancements and troubleshoot configuration and data issues.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases assess impacts and execute regression testing.
Conduct workshops and design sessions with HR and Finance teams.
Advise on compensation strategy compliance and best practices.
Create and maintain BI/OTBI reports and HCM Extracts for compensation analytics.
Provide insights to support budgeting and workforce planning.
Work closely with technical teams to support integrations extracts and reporting.
Ensure solutions align with security data governance and audit requirements.
6-8 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM including 7 years hands-on in Oracle Cloud Compensation.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and production support.
Deep expertise in Workforce Compensation and Incentive Compensation.
Strong knowledge of related HCM modules: Core HR Payroll Benefits (preferred).
Hands-on experience with BI/OTBI reporting and HCM Extracts.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) concepts.
Exposure to order orchestration or downstream integrations (where applicable).
Experience working in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
