Position Summary for ATM in Upstate NY:
The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) supports the execution of sales strategies within an assigned territory partnering closely with senior sales leadership to drive growth. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships increasing awareness of innovative healthcare solutions and contributing to achieving territory performance objectives.
The ATM serves as a key point of contact for healthcare providers and customers delivering a high level of service education and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of territory sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers clinics hospitals and other key stakeholders
- Conduct regular territory visits presentations and product demonstrations to drive awareness and adoption
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing clinical and technical teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Track and document sales activities customer interactions and pipeline updates within CRM systems
- Monitor market dynamics competitive activity and customer feedback to inform territory strategy
- Participate in industry events conferences and local customer engagements
- Support account management efforts including follow-up and ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business life sciences or a related field preferred
- 2 years of customer-facing experience in sales account management or healthcare-related environments
- Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
