The McGuire Group is hiring a Medicare Insurance Consultant to provide expert guidance on Medicare Advantage Medicare Supplement (Medigap) and Part D plans. This role supports individuals and families with Medicare enrollment plan selection and ongoing coverage questions.
Key Responsibilities
Educate members on Medicare Advantage Medigap and Part D options
Conduct Medicare needs assessments and recommend compliant plans
Assist with Medicare enrollment changes and annual reviews
Ensure CMS and Medicare compliance standards are met
Deliver exceptional customer service and clear plan education
Qualifications
Experience in Medicare sales Medicare consulting or health insurance preferred
Active health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
Knowledge of CMS guidelines and Medicare enrollment periods
Strong communication documentation and follow-up skills
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
