Job Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the division director of support services & industries support the division with project management process management quality assurance associated contracts and project deliverables through coordination with management staff and other SCDC staff to define project objectives and scope set time- lines and ensure appropriate funding allocation for major division or agency-wide projects and initiatives.
Will work closely with the division director on matters related to the administrative/business management activities assist in preparation and monitoring of division budget create quality management plans develop & maintain project documentation prepare status reports and carry out special projects & perform other assignments as directed by the division director.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and relevant experience in business management public administration or administrative services or a bachelors degree may be substituted for the required work experience.
