Job Summary
Sales Support / Sales Operations - Part-time
25 hours/week Fully Remote $2630/hr
Austin TX or Greenville SC based
1099 employee
Our client is entering an exciting next chapter of growth and innovation and were adding aSales Support/ Sales Operations professional to our US team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves being the go-to person supporting customers managing quotes and orders and coordinating projects behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
What youll be doing:
First point of contact for customers (phone & email)
Preparing & following up on quotes and sales orders
Order processing in Dynamics NAV (ERP)
Coordinating installations and cross-functional workflows
Partnering with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience
Who this is great for:
Background in Customer Service Inside Sales or Sales Support / Sales Operations
Comfortable in a fast-paced detail-driven role
ERP experience (Dynamics NAV a plus)
Experience or interest in healthcare manufacturing technical installation or logistics is a bonus
