In this role youll help keep key business processes running smoothly and find ways to make them even better. Youll work across teams to analyze manage and improve end-to-end processes while helping implement system solutions that support daily operations. Youll partner closely with business leaders IT teams and other stakeholders to make sure systems and processes work efficiently and support overall business goals.


This is a hybrid role supporting commercial and operational teams within an electrical distribution solutions manufacturing environment based in Selmer TN.


What Youll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing both strategic and hands-on support for SAP implementations that support multiple business models.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide training for internal teams including logistics operations quality and sales/distribution functions.
  • Support and improve end-to-end business processes and application systems across assigned product lines.
  • Help develop system strategies technical roadmaps and recommendations and share insights with leadership.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across sales logistics and operations processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and process enhancements.


What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Around 8 years of experience configuring and troubleshooting applications within SAP ERP environments.
  • Strong ability to communicate and work directly with cross-functional teams and internal customers.
  • Experience with materials management and production control processes.
  • Experience supporting an Engineered to Order Manufacturing process.
  • Solid project management and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of operational performance and financial metrics.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% including occasional international travel.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
