Job Summary
The Project Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts will manage end-to-end accounting and finance projects while leading and mentoring accounting teams. The role ensures accurate financial operations, statutory compliance, timely closures, and high-quality financial deliverables in alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance-related projects
- Lead and handle a team of accounting professionals
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely task closure
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and reconciliations
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
- Prepare, review, and present MIS reports and financial statements
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and financial accuracy
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA Qualified or CA Inter
- Strong experience in accounting operations and statutory compliance
- Proven team handling and people management experience
- Hands-on experience with audits, MIS, and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
