Engineers in this role actively participate in coding testing and code reviews while improving applications and processes for scalability and efficiency. Support the design development and implementation of quality engineering practices for financial technology solutions. Assist in developing and maintaining test frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient testing across the enterprise. Contribute to improving automation frameworks to ensure maintainable and scalable test automation for the platform. Assist in defining and enforcing testing standards automation strategies and best practices across the SDLC. Analyze and address complex problems performance bottlenecks and quality gaps in systems to enhance software efficiency and robustness. Develop and maintain tools for generating managing and cleaning test data across environments to support both automated and manual tests. |
