Currently we are looking for Provisioning Specialist 1.
The Provisioning Specialist 1 is responsible for understanding our products that require licenses to be generated creating the licenses and providing customer service to our internal and external customer.
Responsibilities
- Utilize internal workflows to review customer orders generate and deliver the appropriate license for revenue recognition
- Fulfill license requests from various internal departments
- Fulfill customer requests for new licenses or extensions according to policy
- Assist with other team member assignments.
- Provide timely communication regarding any issues to more experienced team members or leadership as needed

Basic Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer support or software licensing role
- Detail oriented; regularly verifies all work thoroughly and efficiently to ensure accuracy
- Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
- Attention to detail
- Able to thrive in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Up to 5% travel time required
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
