Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle supporting business hiring objectives through proactive sourcing strategies stakeholder engagement and delivery of high-quality candidate pipelines. The role involves partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of workforce requirements while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements timelines and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals professional networks internal databases referrals and direct sourcing techniques
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews to assess skills experience and role alignment
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire pipeline health and offer acceptance ratios
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and client requirements (for RPO environments)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement campaigns
  • Provide market intelligence regarding talent availability salary benchmarking and competitor activity

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clarity on expectations and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partners and onboarding teams
  • Engage with external vendors where applicable
  • Provide regular hiring status updates and reporting to leadership

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sourcing capability including Boolean search techniques
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors Taleo or similar)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruitment KPIs
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume hiring environments preferred

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 25 years of recruitment experience (agency corporate TA or RPO environment)
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions or client accounts preferred
