Job Title: Legal On-Site Services Specialist
Location: Mount Laurel NJ 08054 (Onsite)
Shift time: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Ricoh is seeking a Legal On-Site Services Specialist to support mail copy and document services in a legal office environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in duplicating and print operations proficient with PC and office equipment and able to provide high-quality customer service. This role requires attention to detail the ability to manage time-sensitive confidential legal documents and physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk during the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate high-volume copy print and scanning equipment
- Perform binding hole punching cutting and finishing of legal documents
- Assemble books and completed print projects
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail faxes and packages including postage application
- Maintain copier areas perform inspections and troubleshoot minor issues
- Track meter readings maintain service logs and record billing information
- Perform scanning file conversion file naming and FTP transfers
- Manage document formatting table of contents (TOC) and OCR processes
- Assist with offsite project coordination when required
- Perform filing purging and archiving of documents as needed
- Ensure supplies and convenience copier areas are properly stocked
- Interact professionally with legal secretaries paralegals associates project managers and partners
- Deliver high-quality accurate work under tight deadlines
- Perform additional duties as assigned by site management
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items)
- Extensive standing and walking to complete copy and document jobs
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the legal industry (strongly preferred)
- Prior copy/print/duplicating experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic PC skills
- Technical aptitude with printers copiers postage machines and office equipment
- Strong organizational troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Professional demeanor and high attention to confidentiality and accuracy
