Job Summary
Were seeking skilled PCB Assembly Technicians to support production in a fastpaced electronics manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates have handson experience with SMT and/or throughhole assembly component identification soldering and working with detailed engineering documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and build printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) following work instructions schematics and assembly drawings.
- Perform SMT and/or throughhole component placement soldering and rework.
- Inspect assemblies for quality polarity alignment and workmanship standards (IPC preferred).
- Operate basic assembly tools such as soldering irons microscopes tweezers torque drivers and hand tools.
- Perform touchup reflow support and minor repairs as needed.
- Complete documentation travelers and production logs accurately.
- Maintain a clean organized and ESDsafe work area
Qualifications
- 4 years of solder assembly experience in electronics manufacturing (contract manufacturing or OEM)
- Experience in ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments
- Ability to read datasheets blueprints and ECNs
- Experience with hand soldering and rework tools.
- Familiarity with microscopes and ESDsafe handling
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong component identification skills (resistors capacitors ICs connectors etc.
Shift
Monday to Friday 6am - 2:30pm
Weekends and OT when needed
Pay
$20-$22 Depending on experience
