Whether youre an experienced BCBA or newly certified if youre committed to helping children build meaningful skills and reach their full potential we want to meet Youll DoAs a Pediatric BCBA youll help children with a range of developmental and behavioral needs including those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (we can only serve those who have a medical diagnoses of ASD- they can have other diagnoses but they have to have ASD diagnosis- not sure if this needs to be clarified more as some other agencies in the community do not necessarily need an ASD diagnosis) develop skills build independence and thrive in their daily responsibilities will include:Conduct functional behavior assessments (as needed) develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans as neededComplete initial and re-evaluations every 6 monthsProvide direct therapy (as needed) and supervision of RBTs or behavior techniciansMonitor client progress and adjust treatment plans and behavior plans as neededPartner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settingsMaintain timely clear documentation (assessments treatment summaries)Collaborate with a team of OTs PTs SLPs EI and mental health professionalsWhat Youll BringMasters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or related fieldBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationLicensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North DakotaA genuine passion for working with children and familiesPediatric experience preferred but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply.
