Were recruiting a Head of Strategy in New York for a rapidly scaling tech startup in our ecosystem.

Head of Strategy - New York

Compensation: $210K-$235K base salary equity

What youll be doing:

As Head of Strategy youll own the strategic direction for a high-growth tech startup and translate ideas into executable plans. Day-to-day youll:

• Define and drive the companys long-term strategic roadmap
• Identify new market opportunities business models and growth levers
• Lead market analysis competitive intelligence and scenario planning
• Partner with the executive team to make key strategic decisions
• Own strategic initiatives from concept through execution
• Build business cases for new products partnerships and market expansion
• Present strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and board
• Work cross-functionally with product sales and operations to align on priorities

Youll fit right in if you have:

• Consulting experience (MBB Big 4 or boutique firms)
• 7 years in strategy corporate development or high-impact strategic roles
• Experience in tech or high-growth startup environments is a major plus
• Strong business intuition with the ability to move from analysis to action quickly
• Excellent communication skills (you can sell your ideas to founders executives and investors)
• Comfort with ambiguity and the scrappiness to get things done in a startup setting
• A track record of driving strategic projects that created real business impact
• Data-savvy but not paralyzed by needing perfect information
