NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a motivated Director of Franchise Sales to join our team in Houston. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to engage with the vibrant fast-casual dining sector and contribute to our growth strategy.
As the Director of Franchise Sales you will play a critical role in expanding our franchise network driving revenue and establishing strong relationships with potential franchise partners. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our mission to redefine the hospitality experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110000 - $135000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional development and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to achieve growth targets
- Identify and engage potential franchisees through networking and outreach
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective partners
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling franchise sales materials
- Provide ongoing support and training to new franchisees
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
- Monitor franchise performance and implement improvement strategies
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the franchise opportunity
Requirements
- Strong interest in the hospitality industry and franchise development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
