Job Summary

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing InsurTech company focused on delivering digital insurance solutions for both businesses and consumers across Southeast Asia and Australia. The company operates at the intersection of insurance technology and partnerships working with platforms across multiple industries to embed and distribute insurance products at scale.

This role is a senior partnerships leadership position responsible for driving new partner acquisition expanding existing partnerships and leading a high-performing partnership team with general insurance knowledge to lead the team.

What You Will Do
  • Take full ownership of insurance products across both commercial lines (e.g. All Risk Cyber) and personal lines (e.g. Extended Warranty Travel) from initial structuring through to ongoing management ensuring products remain relevant well-priced and suitable for digital and embedded distribution
  • Work closely with Partnership Managers to design and customise insurance offerings for platform and embedded use cases converting partner requirements into compliant commercially viable insurance solutions
  • Oversee product pricing and rate structures collaborating with insurers to maintain a balance between market competitiveness portfolio performance loss ratios and underwriting guidelines
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between insurance partners and distribution partners ensuring alignment on product features policy terms pricing updates and continuous product improvements

Requirements

  • Experience in partner acquisition or partnerships ideally within general and commercial insurance or related industries
  • Well-versed in the insurance industry with strong exposure to both Commercial and Personal Lines
  • Proven track record in insurance broking
  • Strong writing negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action

Required Skills:

5 years of experience in partner acquisition or partnerships ideally within fintech insurance banking telco or related industries Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals with large corporations and multinational companies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Results-driven with strong analytical ability to translate insights into action Creative proactive self-starter with a fast learning curve Proven experience managing and coaching a high-performing target-driven partnerships or sales team
